We accept the payment by credit card, which will be charged as "pay.jp 311", "PAY．JP 日本伝熱学会", or "ペイドツトジエイピ―３１１".
Payment should be done to complete the registration.
Cash payment by Japanese Yen (JPY) is acceptable for on-site registration.
The registration fee includes proceedings USB flash drive and banquet for a registered participant.
Additional proceedings USB flash drive can be purchased at a price of 10,000 JPY after the Forum is closed.

Refund Policy:
Participant who has already made the registration with the payment of the fee and wants to retract its registration will be refunded if the request of refund is delivered to the executive committee no later than Oct. 10, JST.
